小妹今年21
身高164 體重66
雖然外表看起來沒很臃腫
但是就看起來豐腴= = 四肢都肥肥的
目前是學生
每天會固定吃三餐 不吃消夜
這是今天預定的減肥菜單
請各位大大先看看..
1.早餐
熱狗一根 茶葉蛋一顆(只吃蛋白) 統一無糖高纖豆漿450cc
711起士豬肉漢堡一個
2.午餐
滷味(金針菇一份 瘦肉一份 青菜一份 冬粉)
3.晚餐
茶葉蛋一顆 番茄汁350cc
每天幾乎喝3000cc的水分
每周上三小時瑜珈課
其餘運動都是飯後散步
請問這樣的方式可以嗎??
請各位給我建議 謝謝大家^^
