早餐:水果(梨子半顆OR葡萄10~20顆之類)午餐:水煮菜(地瓜葉+蒜頭醬油)+冬瓜粥晚餐:跟午餐一樣冬瓜粥:半杯的米+大概半斤的冬瓜用水煮調味:雞粉不過我的冬瓜粥我都可以吃兩天...因為我不喜歡喝水我又怕胸部會不見所以水我換成無糖豆漿每餐都會喝一杯大概500CC已經三天了可是都沒瘦耶是不是食譜不OK?...Showmore
