我絕對不推口服a酸的理由 - 男性保養

如果服用口服a酸，需要注意一些細節，然而個人認為，在現在的門診制度上，很難做到
完整的觀察。

All patients should be informed to discontinue isotretinoin, and inform his/her healthcare professional right away if any of the following happens:
資料指出，下列任何一個症狀一旦發生，病患應停止口服A酸並就醫。
Start to feel sad or have crying spells 感覺悲傷並有哭泣行為(自己停不下來)
Lose interest in activities once enjoyed 對曾喜歡的活動失去興趣
Sleep too much or have trouble sleeping 失眠或嗜睡
Become more irritable, angry, or aggressive than usual (for example, temper outbursts, thoughts of violence)
變得比平常更易怒，具攻擊性(有暴力傾向)
Have a change in appetite or body weight 食慾改變,體重變化
Have trouble concentrating 注意力不能集中
Withdraw from family or friends 遠離家人，朋友
Experience loss of energy 沒有活力
Experience feelings of worthlessness or inappropriate guilt
認為自身沒有價值，或有不適當(不尋常)的罪惡感
Start having thoughts of self-harm, or suicide
開始擁有自我傷害的想法，或自殺行為
Start acting on dangerous impulses 開始有著危險的動機與行為
Start seeing or hearing things that are not real 開始產生幻覺(視覺, 聽覺)


或許一般的門診在台灣並不夠深入，時間也不夠久，我不知道是本人的錯覺，
還是有普遍的共識。

報告也提出，有必要的話，服用口服a酸的病患應被認知為特別的病患。

Preclinical and neuroimaging data suggest that isotretinoin produces behavioral effects (i.e. activation) in rats, impairment of neuronal division in the murine hippocampus, and reductions in orbitofrontal brain metabolic rates in humans.
