原po膚質中性偏乾.光滑好摸 不長痘痘 幾乎看不到毛孔
唯一的困擾就是 隨著年紀變老 臉越來越『不澎皮』
今年初參加健身房後減肥了幾公斤 臉也凹了 臉頰的ㄉㄨㄞ感不見啦
非常緊張想讓臉澎回來 把目標鎖定膠原蛋白XD
昨天開始吃資生堂膠原蛋白粉 吃滿6g (包裝上指定服用量)
早上吃的 配合維他命C和很多開水 結果全身發癢.一路癢到晚上
今天早上不死心繼續吃 並且分量減半 只吃了3g
還是一樣發癢 還伴隨著嗜睡.疲倦.口渴.想吐...
剛剛照鏡子 很久沒長過痘痘的臉 鼻頭冒出了一顆中型痘
24歲時 曾經為了抗老買膠原蛋白液飲用 一瓶就讓我到廁所吐 從此有陰影
當初安慰自己還小 還不需要補充膠原蛋白 也許太補看不出效果
但現在已是需要補充膠原蛋白的年紀了 換個牌子吃也好不到哪裡去.
板上爬文後 有些板友說只要撐過前兩三週的轉換期 (副作用個兩三週)
身體習慣之後就能感受到膠原蛋白的好處
現在原po猶豫著要不要賭這兩三週...
還是乾脆就承認體質不合..放棄食用 臉凹就砸錢去做醫美
有沒有撐過去副作用期就海闊天空的? 還是會更嚴重?
