我約172cm左右75kg20歲2個禮拜前開始慢跑有瘦1~2kg(約74~75KG)結果禮拜五下雨沒跑禮拜6.7中秋烤肉也沒跑結果我禮拜7晚上量變76kg我嚇到了(體重器在玩我==)我今天一下班就去河堤跑80分鐘(里程數不曉得)是那種慢跑但又有點小快跑中間只走2分鐘其他都是在跑那我最近早餐都這樣吃便利商店的生菜沙拉(不沾醬)約70~100大卡燕麥高纖豆漿450ml左右100ml約48.6大卡晚餐一個便當的飯主食(雞腿.�
