8ml的滾輪瓶裡
先裝6ml的甜杏仁油
再裝2ml的jojoba油
然後再滴入10d o牌的針葉林
再滴入6d迷迭香
12d醒目薰衣草
味道很恐怖唷!!
原本不知道到底哪裡恐怖 只是單純覺得真難聞
是後來在補習班用滾珠輪兩天
有一次我在冷氣關掉時回到教室
發現原來是煮的很糟糕的羊肉味 (囧rz)
就是老羊肉 清燉 沒加香料 也沒加薑的味道
還好沒有人發現是我發出怪味的 >"<
不然一定會被k死
請問~ 我下一次該怎樣調配呢?
我還是想以o牌的針葉林為主 它的激勵效果真的很好耶
用滾珠輪的這兩天 外出到沒冷氣的地方 (意指補習班冷氣很強)
喉嚨跟鼻子也沒有一直要排出黏膜的難過感
還有一個問題~就是~
放鬆複方到底要怎樣調才不會太過啊??
我今天用了天竺葵+安息香+高地薰衣草的滾珠輪
結果一直無法專心上課
(喝了三杯咖啡還是一直打哈欠)
中午一點就很想睡
晚上回家還在公車上睡著了...
複方真是一門高深的學問呢!!
