今天買了舒酸定，主要成份是 Strontium Acetate, Sodium Floride

仔細看了它的背後說明，有寫到

1.Not for use by children 12 years or under unless directed by a dentist.
12歲以下小孩除非醫師指示，不建議使用

2.Direct fingertip application to teeth should be limited to twice daily
直接用指尖塗敏感牙齒每日不可超過兩次

想請問版上的醫師或是前輩，為什麼有這些限制？會不會不適合長期使用？
