抗痘有感 - 保養

約莫一個月前,曾在板上發文詢問。
當時小妹因為治療粉刺痘痘每天擦皮膚科藥膏的緣故,導致
臉部,尤其是眉間和臉頰特別容易泛紅。其實,那個時候粉
刺痘痘的問題已經大幅改善,但是小妹求好心切,仍然希望
借助版友的力量,可以找到一罐保養品來舒緩泛紅。
沒想到,部分版友並未推薦任何產品,反倒是苦口婆心要我
別再嘗試新產品了。
這真是一語驚醒夢中人啊!
於是,小妹沒有購買任何保養品,只是稍微改變了保養手法
,結果,一個月後的今天,粉刺痘痘幾乎全數消失了(好啦,
眉毛旁邊還是有一顆小小的粉刺啦),紅紅的痘疤逐漸淡化,
泛紅狀況更是大幅改善。啊,多麼不可思議啊。
為了回饋美保版,我將這幾個月治療粉刺痘痘的心得,簡單
整理如下。
1 看皮膚科醫生
長粉刺或痘痘,其實就是皮膚生病了,去皮膚科接受治療才
是正解。我沒有選擇名醫,僅在自家附近的皮膚科就診而已
,走路不到五分鐘,很近,讓我沒有懶惰的理由不去看醫生
。
然後,我是一個很乖的病人,完全聽從醫囑。醫生要我每天
吃口服藥(現在僅生理期前一個星期服用即可),睡前擦藥,
暫停底妝。光是這些變化,我的皮膚已有極大的改善了。淺
層粉刺脫落,紅腫痘痘也幾乎消炎了。
2 矯正保養觀念、改變保養手法
但是,僅接受治療,是不夠的,為了讓治療更加順利進行,
保養扮演了重要的輔助角色。於是,我得矯正自己的保養觀
念和保養手法。
肌膚就像嬌嫩的小公主一樣,必須溫柔呵護啊。所有來自外
界的刺激,例如擦拭、按摩、蒸氣等,都可能將臉上的未爆
彈,也就是粉刺一觸即發為紅腫痘痘。
因此,我停止使用卸妝產品(反正沒有底妝,就無卸妝的必
要性)、物理性去角質產品(那些顆粒只會刺激皮膚,惡化
痘痘的發炎狀況)、面膜(皮膚處於密封狀態,絕非好事)
、收斂水(大量酒精成分也可能刺激皮膚)、液狀防曬產品
(正常肌膚使用防曬乳或防曬霜可能沒有問題,但是對於問
題肌膚而言,則有導致粉刺的風險。所以,我多採取陽傘或
口罩等的防曬動作,並且避免中午的時候出門,逼不得已的
時候,才會上一些礦物粉狀防曬)。
簡單來說,我僅做必要的保養程序。洗臉(為了清潔臉部)
和左旋C(為了淡化紅色痘疤)。最近天冷,若會緊繃脫皮
的話,再用掌心按壓少量凡士林,大約一顆紅豆的量。
另外,保養手法也非常重要。
自從我將洗臉時間縮短至一分鐘以內、不用過熱過冷的水沖
洗;左旋C的量減為一滴,同時用掌心輕輕按壓。光是如此,
並未添購新產品,面部泛紅現象已有大幅改善了(不過,冷
風吹來的時候或待在暖房的時候,還是會有些微泛紅。下週
看診再詢問醫生的意見吧)。可見溫柔對待自己的肌膚,是
多麼重要的事情啊。
3 規律作息
尤其是將睡眠時間控制在十一點以前,絕對有助於治療。小
妹發現熬夜過後的第二天,臉部油脂會異常分泌,油油黏黏
,容易造成粉刺痘痘啊。不過,自從早睡早起後,出油狀況
大幅改善,毛孔也比較收斂了。比任何藥品或保養品都有效
萬分。
4 不隨意碰觸患部
另外,減少照鏡子的次數,即使是洗臉的時候,也和鏡子保
持30公分以上的距離,在這種眼不見為淨的消極心態下,倒
也抑止了想要拔粉刺或擠痘痘的慾望。
如果還是想要手賤的話,我會在患部塗上一點藥膏,然後告
訴自己「藥膏正在發揮作用了」,如此一來,想要觸碰粉刺
痘痘的念頭竟也無影無蹤了。
不再隨意碰觸患部後,我感覺自己的肌膚越來越健康了。

雖然沒圖沒真相,但是以上都是小妹的肺腑箴言。從開始接
受治療至今,快三個月了,雖然為期短暫,但是獲得的改善
卻是超乎想像。希望同為粉刺痘痘所苦的版友們,一起加油
吧。
