這個月來從稍微不痛後
每天都運動三十分鐘以上拉筋三十分鐘哦
我是屬於代謝比較差的人
(塑身衣至今尚未改緊)
所以我相信慢慢下去線條會越來越好的
以下是跟陳教授要來的before and after
抽脂部位主要是馬鞍~
