現在每個禮拜都會游泳2~3次一次大概1個小時又20分鐘
加上跳一次肚皮舞1hr
我幾乎天天量腿圍跟腰圍
五個月來來靠著運動小腿圍從33cm變成30.8
體重也從53.X公斤變成51.X公斤
但這次MC來完之後我連游了三天泳
體重從51.X掉到50.X
但是小腿圍卻從30.8變成32.5
大腿圍也變粗2cm
腰圍沒什麼變
不懂這是為什麼呢QQ
