從疫情開始後 因為工作關係導致我長期忍受便祕困擾...

便祕真的讓皮膚變很差 蠟黃痘痘甚至口臭
為了解決便秘 我每天都灌滿3000cc的水
也有多補充蔬菜水果 一周運動3次 但仍無效.
前陣子開始嘗試益生菌
吃了1個多月的暢快人生後有比較好
4-5天大變2天大
好像便便堆積有減少 膚況也有慢慢變好
皮膚變好之後又去買了膠原蛋白、維他命C跟蔓越莓膠囊來補充
好奇大家吃完有什麼改變嗎?
都是怎麼挑選益生菌,會固定吃同一家嗎?
