大家好我是最近剛入門健身的新手
爬了一些文真的收穫良多
但還是想請問一下我這樣的排程好不好
17:00-18:00 打球
18:00-18:30 吃晚餐
18:30-19:30 走路去健身房
19:30-21:00 重訓
21:00-21:30 跑步
打球是打老人球沒有什麼體力問題
只是不知道重訓前吃飯會不會是不好的選擇(?
