今天逛美保版看見版友提到了純露, 想進而瞭解於是來到了芳療版
看了不少篇純露相關文章,發現原來有花精這樣奧妙的能調解情緒的產品
爬了文看了晶荷家的幾隻產品,不曉得適不適合我使用
本身個性容易緊張,常常會沒安全感,在不熟悉的人群中會不自在且話少
另外有自卑感(常被人說反應慢,學東西開竅的速度慢,加上容易緊張的個性也有引響)
常常感覺寂寞(本身文靜內向,朋友也少,總覺得生活圈空洞也沒教過男友)

請問我挑的這兩隻在選擇上適合我嗎??
另外還有些問題想請教一下版友
1. 我是否該先從純露入手,而不是花精,才不會太越級打怪?
2. 常感到寂寞得我適合使用怎麼樣的花精呢?
3. 花精一定要至少"一天四次"? 目前計畫是睡醒跟睡前各一次,晚飯後一次
剩餘的一次就時間來推算好像要在中午
(但在公司服用會被同事問在喝甚麼很難解釋呀呀...)
大家都怎麼解決這問題呢@@
