新手重訓問題 - 健身

小弟我169/59 體脂肪10整
小弟這前天開始上健身房 之前毫無健身經驗 去的時間大概都是一個小時
健身房的免費教練有先介紹我肩 胸 背的各三台機器
我現在去就是每台機器都做四組 每組12下
現在有三個問題就是...
Q1: 我都有做到第12下幾乎舉不起來的重量 但是我看在我旁邊訓練的人
幾乎每個都練到滿身大汗 但是我都沒流汗..... 請問這是正常現象嗎?? 還是什麼??
Q2: 我的體脂肪只有10% 那我是不是不需要把重點放在有氧 放在重訓上就好??
Q3: 教練跟我說每天去把那三個部位的三個機器 總共九個都練4組 12下
但是爬文又說每個肌群起碼要休息2~3天才能再練 那請問教練說的是對的嗎QQ??
還是教練是要訓練我的肌耐力??
