一項調查指出,上班族久坐又缺乏運動,普遍有宿便與便秘問題。醫師提供對策是早餐吃高纖,助消化又清腸,把握早餐後便意,好便自然來。
一項針對台北、台中、高雄25到40歲1067名上班族的「上班族工作型態與早餐習慣對體態的影響」調查,發現超過8成的上班族小腹凸出,超過3/4的受訪者有宿便或便秘困擾。雙和醫院家醫科醫師葉姿辰指出,一天中的便意最強時候是早餐之後,上班族應重視早餐纖維質的攝取,保持消化道順暢,排除宿便。
葉姿辰分析早餐的菜色,她說,麵包、燒餅基本上多醣類,還多了脂肪,由於許多上班族根本沒有時間運動,這些脂肪只進不出,全往腰部囤積。
葉姿辰說,只要選擇食物中有充足的纖維質,例如燕麥、全穀等,早餐也可以吃得健康、吃得便利。
