現在都只能選一般的早餐店,不是中式就是西式,好像熱量都不低,飯糰一個380大卡,蛋餅一份也是300多大卡,饅頭一個也290大卡..早餐還有什麼選擇是可以比較健康方便又可以減肥的食物?
