如題，兩顆下顎的水平智齒都處理掉了。
這幾天發現自己左上顎的智齒長出來，是往斜後方出來
目前只有冒出四個角，但感覺會突破側邊的牙齦，
請問這個有必要開刀處理掉嗎？
