各位好(鞠躬)
我身高160、體重53、體脂不是很確定,印象好像是25左右……
總之外表比實際體重胖很多T^T
平常一週會打三次左右的網球,但因為是團體上課又常常在打比賽
(因為不是高手,比賽並不是很激烈)
我不是很確定這樣的運動量是否太少?
因為、因為、因為……
我都瘦不下來啦(大哭)
飲食上沒有非常嚴格,就是注意要吃青菜水果,每天澱粉不超過一碗半的白飯。
(還是吃太多了?O_Q)
會吃正餐,但因為生活作息個緣故,不是三餐都很正常,所以常常會吃不到基代……
我爬過文,知道吃不到基代會讓基代下降、反而更容易胖,
我想我的身體現在應該就是這種狀態?
那我現在該怎麼辦呢?
再增加運動量嗎?
還是要先吃到基代?
但是目前不但瘦不下來還變胖了(外表)要再增加飲食實在令人害怕O口Q
