可能心態還沒從年假回來,上班注意力不太集中,工作進度也有些延宕
連續幾天都有很難入睡或是起床後很難再睡著的情況,接著就是白天精神狀況更差
惡性循環下有點慌張,因為過去沒有這樣的失眠經驗,也沒有失眠用油的經驗
最近開始會在睡前點薰衣草或甜橙讓自己放鬆點
卻無法避開半夜起來後不易入睡的問題,手邊之前出清了一波...看來是該買些回來
問問大家最近有相似情況嗎?如何排除比較好?
