我158/46~47
也不是說一定要減
但是我天殺的真的維持的很累
當然就是少吃多運動啦!
只是最近因為要準備考試
長時間坐著
(以前上班也長時間坐著~但一下班就去健身房報到!)
因為太緊張考試
所以運動從以前一個禮拜四五天變成一兩天
老實說體重是沒什麼變太多
但不知道是心理作用還是怎樣
身型整個感覺浮腫起來
不結實線條整個都鬆垮垮
也因為少運動會怕就再吃少一點
不知道是不是這樣身材才會難看起來
