本人的健身習慣大概維持了三四年,先說自己本來就不適非常瘦的身形,練重訓是想把線
條練的結實一點,但是大腿就是越來越壯><
我也有加入有氧運動,頻率也從一週兩次提高到一週三次,但是腿部線條就是沒有明顯改
善才會想做抽脂,如果在肉肉沒有很軟的情況下適合抽脂嗎?
