可能是因為年紀大了
近期很喜歡吃的保養品,純粹擦的保養品好像有點過渡期
嘗試了很多種聽說吃了皮膚會變好的東西
簡單分享一下心得
1. 田原香滴雞精:
比起雞精味道比較沒有那麼重,膚況沒有太大差別,但長期喝覺得比較有體力,
我都是空腹的時候喝完才吃飯,會繼續喝
2. 白蘭氏膠原蛋白飲:
味道不錯可是有點太甜,如果喝個幾口還可以,但喝完一瓶會想喝水,
之前有買過一個月的份,是覺得氣色有變好
3. 美之選膠原蛋白粉
沒有腥味,粉狀很好入口也很好吃,我吃玻尿酸款的,覺得皮膚有比較潤、澎澎的,
很好摸,跟2比,我會回購3
4. 老行家蔓越莓益生菌:我媽買的,之前工作引起尿道炎,吃了分泌物有變少,
但沒其他感覺,應該會找其他便宜一點的
大家平常會吃什麼營養品嗎?
