我是20歲以上的女性成年人身高不矮體重不重但是因為我身體比較長導致我看起來一點也不高而且重點是我的小腿很粗就是有蘿蔔腿讓我下半身看起來很胖我的上半身真的已經瘦到只剩骨頭體重也是在標準值以下但是視覺上我就真的不瘦我覺得我是屬於下半身肥胖的體型於是我決定要健康的運動我大概跑了一個星期的操場一星期三次每次20分鐘也開始天天抬腳有跑步的那天會抬�
