想請問類似情形如何解決：
我做完右上大臼齒根管後,裝了金屬瓷冠
但過了三個禮拜現在平時還是會痛,無好轉跡象
原醫師說是我自己刷牙沒刷乾淨
問其他兩間牙醫,都說這顆牙冠刻的不好,不符合解剖型態,所以會痛
一定要重做才行
那現在問題來了
1. 請原醫師拆下牙冠重做
2. 請原醫師拆下牙冠並退費(應該不太可能)
如果走1. 原醫師不願重做/或者要再加收錢
這樣我該怎麼辦呢?
a. 找其他醫師背書打醫療糾紛(站得住腳嗎?)
b. 只能自認倒楣
