平常盡量能不熬夜就早睡(除非工作加班不得已)
每天會喝2000cc的水+運動+吃蔬菜水果
還有一定要吃早餐!早餐很重要!!
當然日常保養也還是需要,但我還會吃一些營養品輔助
因為工作關係長時間要盯著電腦
之前去日本時買了DHC速效藍莓精華,覺得蠻有效的
吃了眼睛比較不會乾澀疲勞
Chocola BB Plus也是每天一顆必備
它是糖衣錠吃起來甜甜的,沒有可怕的味道
因為我有睡午覺的習慣,但常常中午吃太慢沒時間午休
早上吃下午精神會比較好,也比較專心工作
我還有吃膠原蛋白的習慣,吃一年多了覺得有吃有差
是從明治開始入坑的,但現在換吃美之選玻尿酸款
單純覺得後者比較好吃,而且是條狀包裝不用泡
可以直接吃,我比較不會忘記吃
但最近還有想補充鈣,可能年紀真的大了(?
