有點糾結要發在哪一個版上
但是感覺吃的保養品發在美保很合理,畢竟把身體調好了也會越吃越美
我目前吃的保養品有這些

>DHC 維他命C

我會看需求每天吃1~2顆
覺得吃了很有感
我滿容易有唇炎的
但是補充維他命B+C之後就比較少復發了
(不過我B最近沒有了,之後會再去補
如果水果吃得少真的可以用維他命來補充

我覺得它有促進腸胃蠕動的感覺
包裝上說要晚餐後30-60分鐘吃
但應該可以拉到睡前1-2小時再吃欸
另外這吃完真的會讓人比較放鬆
說明也提到加強夜間代謝 (私心希望可以越睡越瘦)
有好代謝跟好睡眠,真的很重要吶!!
小小建議錠片包裝下次可以寫上點什麼
不然外盒丟掉後,真的會忘記它是誰XD

長期使用3C產品
真的要適時的補充葉黃素
之前都會覺得眼壓很高
定時補充之後就好很多

因為平常鈣攝取真的不足
而且常喝咖啡跟茶
之前去驗不知道什麼好像有說我鈣比較不足
但是這個我吃了就沒有太大的顯著效果
就是當保養品在吃而已

長期吃皮膚好像真的有比較好的感覺
但是我吃得量不會按照它指示的吃
我會看平常我C的量在跟這個調配
畢竟保健食品也不是多吃就好
還是要注意劑量

還是要倡導一下均衡飲食 & 好好睡覺
