不知有沒有人跟我一樣 年過30後真的會開始注意該補充營養品
一個莫名桌上常都是擺滿瓶瓶罐罐保健食品 哈哈 來跟大家交流一下每日必吃的!

維他命D3 比較偏向顧身體健康 藍莓精華是因為我工作長時間是要看電腦
加上對一堆數字 所以很費眼力 開始吃之後
真心覺得那個比換上保濕度好的隱形眼鏡還夠力 哈哈哈

這個卵磷脂 跟亞麻油酸 這二個我也是替著吃的
當初吃卵磷脂是家人說可以降血脂 開始吃時因為我努力在減肥中
所以就習慣飯後吃一顆了 亞麻油酸的話 其實我覺得它就是好的油 去促進身體的代謝
所以這二個我都是看心情在選的XDD
有時今天都吃卵磷脂 有時隔天就吃亞麻油酸

維他命C 我都是這二個牌子換著吃
DHC維他命C沒有特價時我就會改買科克蘭這種俗又大碗的 XD
但一但遇上官網優惠 像這個月的65折 我一定是補好幾包的 哈哈哈
這二個不要問我哪一個有用 因為我吃維他命c好幾年了
最大感受就是較不會有膚色不均跟肌膚暗沉 以前我是手比腳黑 現在差不多XD
可能也是防曬也顧得好也有差的

不過呀 這二個的顆粒大小 DHC看似大但它很好吞 科克蘭的可能因為是「錠」的關係
我常常吞後有一種卡住的感覺 (懂我在說啥嗎XDDD
一天吃下來有時在想自己營養品會不會吃太多了XDD
D3/ 藍莓精華/ 維他命C/ 卵磷脂or亞麻油酸 哈哈哈 四種!!
不過我都有分時段吃 所以感覺又還好@@
最後補一個近期覺得很好用的面膜

一個是DHC的泡泡面膜 這個我一週用2-3次 它是不用洗掉的
所以算是有點像是加強保濕的概念
然後這個黑金黑金的是MIOGGI的金箔面膜 保濕度非常好 我也是一週敷2-3次不等
然後第一次敷還在看想著說到底是金面朝上還是黑面朝上 XDDD
不知有沒有人跟我一樣也天天吃好吃滿營養品的 哈 想知道大家吃了什麼呀~~
