我不確定氣色不好是否可以靠保養品拯救
所以如果po在這裡不適合煩請告知 >< 謝謝!
我一直都是氣色很差的人
皮膚偏黃黑、有黑眼圈和淚溝
明明有睡飽,還是會被別人問說:你是不是很累?
尤其是入冬以來,每天早上看起來都氣色糟透了
沒化妝根本不敢出門上課
想問有人真的靠保養品改善的嗎?
像是ORBIS活氧亮顏泡泡面膜有沒有用呢?
或是多喝水、少用電腦、臉部刮痧、睡飽等等
想問大家都怎麼讓自己看起來氣色比較好、有精神!?

補:整理板友的建議
1. 保養品對氣色沒什麼幫助,泡泡面膜普通
2. 睡飽跟早睡效果不同,養成早睡(11點)早起的習慣!(<-這點最重要)
3. 多喝水
4. 運動、泡澡,加速血液循環
5. 中藥、補充維他命、膠原蛋白飲、複莓飲、四物鐵
6. 做好保溼防曬
