因為當伴娘必須要短時間再瘦一點,

從11月開始平均一星期跑3-4次有氧慢跑,
時間約40分鐘五公里,
平常早餐是自己做全麥土司+無煎火腿+低脂起司(我怕瘦胸部)
午餐也都是自己帶的無油便當,都以蒸煮的菜色,白飯約3/2碗
晚餐也是煮蛤蜊湯加青菜或雞胸肉,最近有點懶就吃滷味,
一樣只有青菜肉跟大豆干
點心一天最多也是一片餅乾或兩小塊巧克力,
重點來了!
因為我爲求精確最近還買了歐姆龍體脂計,
結果體重變比較重,
原以為體脂從31降到30,
今天早上上完廁所只穿內衣量,
體脂居然到32.5
眼看時間就要到了,到底該怎麼辦呀?
真不懂哪個環結出問題了
