已經改用油當身體保養很久了,不得不說油真的好好用啊!
因有富貴手和濕疹,
之前體驗過沒藥的威力,但礙於味道一直很猶豫
最近終於購入沒藥,
單方專門用來護手,能解決乾癢,預防富貴手和濕疹很有效
C大配方(沒藥+廣藿香+乳香)用來擦身體,
果真是消除了長年背痘,
但是無論是單方或是加入廣藿香和乳香,
沒藥的味道實在很強烈,脫離不了很苦的中藥味~
查書之後決定用柑橘系來提味看看,
剛好手邊有一瓶香橙,本來被我拿來掃地香氛用
結果香橙搭上沒藥簡直是超級搭的耶!
完全就是好聞舒服的味道~
洗完澡擦整個人會很放鬆很幸福~還有舒眠效果
重點是效果不打折扣!!

附上配方比例:
護手用:
荷荷芭油+甜杏仁油 1:2
沒藥:香橙 1:2
身體用
荷荷芭油+甜杏仁油 1:2
沒藥+廣藿香+乳香+香橙 1:2:2:2或1(可依自己喜歡的柑橘味濃度調整)
