大家好,之前屁股暗沉很嚴重在板上爬文
拯救了我的屁股蛋,使用了若干年後來分享給大家了
以前因為屁股很垂(站著的時候是屁屁可以疊在大腿後側上緣的)又喜歡坐著
長期摩擦的關係
屁股蛋真的又黑又粗糙
暗沉非常嚴重
尤其比賽又要露屁股,暗沉粗糙加上膚色劑真的更黑
現在不敢說光滑無暇,但不太貼近看應該是看不出暗沉啦
分享我試過的方法
1.寶拉2%水楊酸身體乳
這是PTT狂推的
因為很懶就只擦屁股蛋跟膝蓋...
過一個月暗沉真的好很多,用了大概有兩年多了,推薦給身邊的朋友都說有差
(但聽說暗沉要擦10%果酸,最近發現改買10%但已經好了差不多是沒特別感覺)
2.醫美
淨膚雷射跟皮秒:約加起來5次
沒什麼感覺...但皮秒打臉淡斑蠻有感的
果酸換膚
搭配淨膚雷射一起做的
隔天好像有點感覺,但就那麼一丟丟
後來覺得花大錢沒啥差就把錢拿去買乳液了
內褲
還有我內褲都換成無痕的或小丁
內褲不會防止下垂,再貴都一樣
舒服不壓屁屁就可以了,就像穿不合適的內褲擠壓久了脂肪會位移一些些,看起來會像四
個屁股
重訓才能提臀,內褲無法
因為工作都是穿較緊身的裙子或褲子關係基本上不能穿蕾絲的內褲
穿過最喜歡的是UA的無痕運動內褲
丁字跟一般三角的都好穿
柔軟跟服貼,材質薄穿瑜珈褲也不會看到內褲痕
其實我保養品也沒有到天天擦... (通常是快比賽或要拍照會很勤勞)
訓練倒是蠻勤快的
因為屁股不像以前都會垂到疊在大腿後側上,摩擦的機會也少很多
換掉不適合的內褲+重訓讓臀部變翹了+擦保養品
預防+治療才能根治啊!!
