減肥、吃少,忍受一點點挨餓沒關係嗎若已經吃正餐很久了還是嘴饞想吃東西或還是有點餓沒關係嗎或者還沒到正餐時間,但餓超過多久就還是要補充點食物嗎是的話,要餓多久呢我有訂定減肥食譜,幫我看會不會吃太少,我160公分,70公斤(星期一)早餐:一碗飯 中餐:一把菜 晚餐:一杯牛奶(星期二)早餐:一碗飯 中餐:一水果 晚餐:一顆蛋(星期三)早餐:一碗飯 中餐
