減肥停滯期問題 - 美容

減肥已經3個月了,從一開始就是停滯期3個月來一公斤也沒降過...褲子也還是一樣緊繃...早餐以前--不吃現在--燕麥片+泡奶粉喝午餐以前--3菜1飯現在--3菜半碗飯晚餐以前--3菜半碗飯現在--水果青菜睡前也會抬抬腿做做仰臥起坐大概半小時,難道是運動量不夠??以前曾經忽胖忽瘦過,難道是我身體搞壞了沒辦法瘦了嗎...每天睡眠時間6.7個小時請問我哪邊方式需要改進的嗎Q___Q
