小妹剛剛開始減肥..有些小小的疑問想請問各位減肥大大..如果早餐和中餐都正常吃..晚餐份量也正常吃但份量只有一半..再搭配早上和晚上各快走約40分鐘..請問這樣有機會可以變瘦嗎??謝謝唷!!!!
