各位版友大家好
我知道減肥最重要的是要提高基礎代謝
但我朋友跟我轉述中醫師的建議
說菇類、牛奶、麵粉類、啤酒、冰等是會降低代謝率的食物
要禁食才不會造成水腫
其他的我是沒有意見啦(其實麵包我也很捨不得><)
但是不能吃奶製品...
這這這...這真的是有道理的嗎?
我本來還想說要每天吃一片起司以免胸部縮水的呀
