為了減肥以前喝zero 果醋 吃硬的不好消耗的東西
結果沒有砝琅質了
現在代謝差
雖然比較少喝氣泡飲料 也不太敢吃醋了
但是還是會以芭樂為主
可是又很擔心牙齒
網路又說檸檬汁對減肥有幫助
那聽說對牙齒又不好
那到底該怎麼拿捏
