白饅頭熱量高嗎?如果減肥早餐可以吃饅頭夾蛋嗎?或是吐司之類的?然後有人跟我說無糖烏綠和烤土司會胖是真的還假的?然後如果放假午餐想買外食請問吃什麼麵、飯比較好?因為是媽媽買所以不能太挑剔不然他會不開心...晚餐是媽媽煮,幾乎是炒青菜煎魚或是肉怎樣才可以比較少油?然後湯可以喝嗎?因為我聽說湯都是最營養熱量最多..然後我每天水都喝3000cc運動如果快走30分鐘搖��
