請問是要一起床早餐前空腹前做運動?還是中餐?前?後?還是晚餐?前?後?哪一個效果最好?時間要怎麼抓?飯前飯後間隔兩小時?還是一小時?請專業的大師幫幫我我不想看到甚麼~(你吃了甚麼錠我又吃了甚麼產品的回答謝謝~)還有~運動可以每天都做嗎?還是一有痠痛就休息?我的問題有點多有人可以幫幫我嗎@@謝謝
