恩 剛剛開始 持續了幾天
真的不是普通的難吃XDDDD
而且也要小心吃錯東西體重馬上會卡 /體重上升的可能
也要擔心體重下降太快(代表吃太少 可能基礎代謝率下降會卡體重)
或者體重不下降/上升 (那我的努力算什麼 =皿=")
每天都要精算今日飲食量
烏~~減肥好辛苦T_T
