減脂 練腿有氧分配 - 健身

想請問一下 在減脂前間
腿部重訓 和有氧要怎麼取捨
目前大概一周能去健身房4-5天
一天胸背腿
一天 二頭 三頭 肩
在練小肌群那天之後可以慢跑30-40分鐘
練腿幾乎跑不太動 只能在跑步機上走
重訓時間大概1個小時
減脂期的重訓和有氧的時間比例大概要哪個部份多點
另外腿部重訓的比例需要下降嗎(目前約兩個動作 總共10組)
