減脂期少吃或多動的差別 - 健身

不確定是否因為減脂期或增肌期而有所差別
但就假設在減脂期好了
吃進食物的三大營養素都均衡
也有重訓的狀況下
A:少吃200大卡
B:吃了那200大卡,重訓完有氧跑回400大卡(假設數值準確)
因為在減脂期,攝入熱量會低於TDEE
想請問這兩者有什麼會差別嗎?
