最近開始用運動減肥,效果雖然不錯,但運動完肚子好餓,剛開始都是忍住不吃,看著體重一直下降蠻開心的,可是這種忍耐好像也持續不久,有時後一破功反而變成狼吞虎嚥,請問運動完大家都吃什麼比較不發胖?不要單一的食物,最好多樣化一點...
