無法深蹲的腿部訓練方式 - 健身

各位巨巨晚安
我目前還是新手 大概練了11個月..
訓練都是大肌群為主 胸背腿胸背腿這樣循環 一周五天左右
但腿這部分真的困擾我很久...因為家族遺傳 完全無法蹲下
硬蹲就是只能腳尖著地 而且膝蓋會很緊繃 很不舒服..感覺重心很前面
之前有試著踩槓片做深蹲 蹲到一定程度還是會屁股眨眼..
所以都只做 leg press leg extension Calf Raises
但覺得強度好像不太夠 沒有效率 目前是想加入 V squat 為主要的大動作做訓練..
想把 leg extension拿掉 想請問一下有無適合蹲踞困難 又能當主要大動作的
腿部訓練動作嗎 謝謝各位 不能跟平常人一樣蹲下真的很痛苦...
