之前因為工作關係,連續10天每天睡不到2小時
還有最離譜的是39小時沒有睡
因為已經過了狂睡2天就能補回來的年紀
所以這一陣子都好容易感到疲勞
儘管週末睡了10個小時,但是心理上就是好累
前幾天開始運動,立刻頭痛想吐
不知道有沒有什麼方法是可以迅速恢復到正常狀態的配方呢?
