熬夜是不是很難瘦 - 美體

目前都有規律運動,飲食部分也都有控制。
但似乎距離我的理想體重還有5~7公斤。
最近發現問題是忽視熬夜!!!
雖然我每日依然睡足7小時,
但只要一整晚沒睡,體重就幾乎不動。
對比前一陣子,兩點前睡,體重就降很快。
可是工作關係不得不!!!
有人有建議嗎?或是有醫學根據呢?
