我用一款app計算熱量
它顯示我每天可以吃1800卡
然後 如果有運動
例如跑步兩百卡
它就會顯示當天可以吃到兩千卡
請問這樣是正確的嗎?
還是說只能吃到一千八百卡
運動兩百卡
才能有效減肥?
