昨天剛燙完內彎造型～還算滿意。
但，惱人的是自己手拙無法順利塑造如下列網址的態樣～
想請教各位版友們，如何弄成跟下列網址造型（網路部落客小安）一樣？

搜尋了文章後，看到有人使用瑪宣妮的蓬鬆波浪造型凍，或造型果凍霧等等，
要自行將下擺吹內彎，且上面微蓬（跟小安的照片一樣），
有哪些造型品或工具可以輔助？
