牙齒斷裂導致牙齦囊腫 需要拔牙嗎？ - 牙齒保健

大家好，小弟最近牙齦囊腫，一開始以為根管治療就可以解決，
但是拍完 X光片後醫生告知是牙齒斷裂導致牙齦囊腫，
需要整個拔掉，X光片如下圖，

小弟想問的是這樣的診斷是否準確，還是能夠先做看看顯微根管？
牙齒拔掉就回不來了，後面那顆臼齒也有蛀牙需要拔掉，
知道一次拔兩顆打擊不小... 希望前面那顆能救就救看看，
已經有預約幾間牙科諮詢，但都是在下下禮拜才能看，希望來板上能得到一些意見，
