最近想在保養加上飲用純露
玫瑰純露美白保濕都很有名
但爬文發現,玫瑰純露飲用容易引起情緒化
因為之前有輕微憂鬱+焦慮病史(服藥一年半,現在無)
很怕情緒低落的感覺,自己無法控制
本身經期正常,無經痛,所以沒有調經需求
因為玫瑰純露算是入門款,
所以很猶豫要不要嘗試
還是如果影響情緒就改成濕敷?
白天在準備考試,也怕飲用影響專注力
可以在睡前直接飲用幾滴純露的方式嗎?(不稀釋)
還是白天飲用香蜂草稀釋水+B群(專注提神)
晚間再飲用玫瑰純露(養顏)
避免情緒低落呢?
(但另外咕狗的文章也有說反而變自信)
想飲用玫瑰純露是因為希望從體內散發自然的香味
(吐氣有香香的這樣(>///<) )
還是改成橙花純露呢?
因為不愛甜食,怕菩提純露我聞到會吐XDD
