請各位網友幫忙一下提供好方法協助我!請先看我的問題敘述從署假到現在我都接近半夜1.2點左右才睡有2.3次整晚都沒睡到早上(失眠?)起床時間都差不多在8點多.9點有時會到10點(在6點就一定會醒來因為以前搭校車今年畢業)而醒來後都是頭昏昏的還想睡就這樣一天就睡一下醒來重覆重複...到晚上就覺得精�
